Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.resupermoms.com (the "Site"), Your First Door Challenge, and any related content, forms, and communications offered by I Do Realty LLC, doing business as Real Estate SuperMoms ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, submitting a form, or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

SMS / text messaging terms

Program name: Real Estate SuperMoms SMS Program

Program description: When you opt in, Real Estate SuperMoms sends text messages related to the request you made on our Site. This includes (a) for Your First Door Challenge: enrollment details, your access link, daily challenge reminders, account notifications, and related real estate education offers; and (b) for buy or sell requests: appointment and follow-up reminders, property and offer updates, responses to your inquiry, and related real estate education offers.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies; you will typically receive fewer than 8 messages per month. Conversational replies to your questions may result in additional messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

How you opt in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this Site and submitting your mobile number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Privacy: Your mobile number and your opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are supported by most major US carriers.

You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and that you are at least 18 years old. If you change or give up your mobile number, you agree to notify us so we can stop sending messages to that number.

Educational purpose and no advice

Real Estate SuperMoms, including Your First Door Challenge, the Beginner's Buying Guide, the Rental Deal Analyzer, the Buy Scripts, and all other content on the Site, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, legal, tax, lending, or investment advice, and nothing creates a fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, or agency relationship between you and us. Real estate investing involves risk, including the possible loss of money. Always consult your own licensed professionals (such as an attorney, CPA, lender, or licensed real estate agent) before making any investment decision.

Your First Door Challenge purchases and guarantee

  • Price and access: Your First Door Challenge is a one-time purchase of $97 (USD) unless otherwise stated at checkout. Access is for your personal, non-transferable use.
  • Payment: Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
  • 100% Confidence Guarantee: If you complete the challenge and do not feel more confident about buying your first rental property, contact us and we will continue to work with you until you do. This guarantee is a commitment of continued support; any refund is at our discretion and subject to the policy stated at checkout.
  • Changes: We may update, improve, or replace program materials at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share program materials; not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; not to submit false or misleading information; and not to interfere with the Site's operation or security.

Intellectual property

The Site and all program materials, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, worksheets, scripts, and the Real Estate SuperMoms name and logo, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may use program materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Testimonials and results

Testimonials on the Site reflect the real experiences of individual members and are not a guarantee of your results. Results vary based on effort, experience, market conditions, financing, and many other factors. Examples of rental portfolios or income are illustrative and are not typical. We do not guarantee income, deals, or success.

The Site may link to third-party websites, tools, or services (for example, listing sites, lenders, or payment processors). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. This Site is not part of, or endorsed by, Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other platform.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and all materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Real Estate SuperMoms and its owners, affiliates, and team members are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or investment, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a program will not exceed the amount you paid us for that program in the twelve months before the claim. By using the Site, you agree that you are solely responsible for any actions taken or losses incurred based on the information provided.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
