This Privacy Policy describes how I Do Realty LLC, doing business as Real Estate SuperMoms ("Real Estate SuperMoms," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.resupermoms.com (the "Site"), enroll in Your First Door Challenge, submit a form, or otherwise interact with us.

• Contact details: your name, email address, mobile phone number, and city or market, when you submit a form on the Site.
• Request details: whether you are interested in buying or selling, your timeline, a property address if you are selling, and any message you write to us.
• Enrollment details: if you purchase Your First Door Challenge, your order information. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers.
• Consent records: if you opt in to text messages, we record the consent language you agreed to, the date and time, the page you were on, and your device information, so we can prove your consent if required.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Information collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request to buy or sell property and to deliver Your First Door Challenge and related materials.
• To send you the communications you asked for, including email updates and, if you opted in, SMS text messages.

SMS / text messaging privacy

When you check an SMS consent box on our Site, you agree to receive text messages from Real Estate SuperMoms at the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can get help by replying HELP or by contacting us at [email protected]. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Please see our SMS Terms & Conditions for the full program terms.

We use a third-party messaging platform solely to deliver the messages you have consented to. That provider processes your mobile number on our behalf and under our instructions and is not permitted to use it for its own marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

• Service providers: companies that help us run the Site and our programs, such as our customer relationship management platform, email delivery service, text messaging delivery provider, payment processor, website hosting, and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Real Estate SuperMoms, our members, or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
• With your direction: when you ask us to share information with a third party.

As stated above, we never share your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable law.
• Do Not Track: our Site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
